The History of Coming of Age Films

I researched 14 ''Coming of Age'' films from 1955 to 2008, and their basic narrative. For the films I have seen, I included what I liked about them.

Learning Comments:

It was really interesting to research the history of coming of age films. I learnt that they can be from any genre, but that they are mostly based around teenagers learning how to  interact with others, experiencing things for the first time and learning who they are. Most coming of age films have a target audience of teenagers, because they are able to relate to the characters and the narrative of the film.
